Abstract: Abstract A sensor-deployed sign language capture, semantic processing, and multi-modal illustration system is disclosed to facilitate real-time, privacy-focused translation of hand gestures without cloud dependence. The system utilizes a flexible wearable glove containing an integrated sensory matrix composed of high- precision flex sensors and a 9-axis inertial measurement unit to continuously capture fine-grained finger articulation and spatial trajectories. Captured telemetry is ingested by a local edge-AI processor that hosts an optimized transformer-based deep learning gesture recognition engine and a contextual natural language processing manager. The system achieves a gesture recognition accuracy of 96.5\% with an execution latency under 100 milliseconds. Validated linguistic tokens are routed to an illustration module that generates synchronized multi-modal outputs consisting of real-time text, synthetic vocalization, and dynamic animated graphical portrayals across various computing platforms.
