Abstract: Abstract A self-evolving electric vehicle ecosystem integrates Internet of Things (IoT) sensing, Blockchain-based Digital Twin Mainchain technology, and distributed Additive Manufacturing to establish an autonomous, closed-loop supply chain and maintenance architecture. The system comprises an intelligent supercapacitor module embedded with high-resolution edge-computing IoT sensors that monitor micro-degradation parameters, such as internal resistance drift, in real-time. This operational data is hashed and anchored to a blockchain ledger to form an untamperable Digital Product Passport. When a cloud-based Digital Twin simulation predicts component failure by breaching a predefined state-of-health threshold, a Smart Contract autonomously triggers a geo-spatially optimized local Smart Factory node to 3D print a geometrically customized replacement part. The architecture eliminates conventional supply chain logistics latencies, guarantees component provenance through cryptographic verification, and transforms the electric vehicle into an active participant in its own hardware lifecycle management.
