Abstract: “MODULAR TYPE ROTATIONAL MOULDING CAROUSEL SYSTEM WITH EXPANDABLE TURRET AND MOVABLE OVEN” A modular type rotational moulding carousel system is disclosed, comprising a structural base, a turret assembly (10) rotatable about a substantially vertical carousel axis (X), at least one moulding arm assembly (20 1) with bi axial rotation drives (22, 24), and an oven (30) mounted on a linear track (32) for translational movement. In a first stage, the turret assembly (10) supports only the first arm (20 1), which remains laterally fixed while the oven (30) travels between a home position and a heating position adjacent to a single station. The first arm (20 1) includes structural coupling portions for connection to additional arms (20 2, 20 3, 20 4) via structural C channel members (16) and nut and bolt joints, forming a modular growth platform. When additional arms are added, a turret drive (26) rotates the turret assembly (10) so that multiple arms (20 1, 20 2, 20 3, 20 4) occupy angularly spaced stations serviced by the same oven (30).
