Abstract: The disclosure provides a system (12) and method (10) for creating and deploying troubleshooting workflows without requiring programming knowledge. An admin console (14) enables a non-technical user to create and modify troubleshooting flowcharts (44) using a graphical drag-and-drop interface comprising selectable elements such as actions, conditions, messages, and decision nodes (42). Each flowchart (44) is stored in a storage module (30) and automatically converted into step-by-step executable instructions by a step-by-step troubleshoot module, SSTM (34), using parsing, mapping, metadata interpretation, and graph traversal techniques. A remote digital device, RDD (18), retrieves and sequentially displays the instructions and receives user input for decision nodes (42). A dynamic branching engine (50) determines subsequent instructions based on the user input and logical mapping of the flowchart (44). The system (12) may include multilingual modules (28, 36), diagnostic data capture and ticketing modules (38), reporting modules (22), security modules (40), and version management.
