Abstract: The present invention relates generally to herbal-mineral pharmaceutical compositions and, more particularly, to a standardized oral pharmaceutical composition comprising Latakaranj seed powder and Tamra bhasma, a sequential 10 tablet kit incorporating the same, and a process for preparing such composition and kit. The invention is especially directed to a non-hormonal product architecture suitable for use in the management of Aartavkshaya with special reference to polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). The present disclosure is framed as a product, kit and process disclosure, and the comparative clinical and investigational 15 data described herein are provided as technical-effect support for the disclosed composition architecture. A distinguishing aspect of the present disclosure lies in the defined incorporation of Tamra bhasma into a first-phase Latakaranj-based tablet, followed by a second-phase continuation tablet comprising Latakaranj seed powder alone, thereby providing a sequential oral dosage system rather than a 20 merely generic herbal admixture.
