The application for the patent was published on September 11, 2026, under issue no. 37/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a hand gesture recognition system, method, and process thereof using deep learning for real-time human-computer interaction. The system comprises a video acquisition module, image preprocessing module, gesture segmentation module, feature extraction module, deep learning classification engine, gesture interpretation module, and output control module. Real-time video data is processed to identify and classify hand gestures using Long Short-Term Memory neural networks capable of learning spatial and temporal gesture patterns. Recognized gestures are mapped to predefined commands for controlling electronic devices, software applications, automation systems, and smart environments. The invention enables touchless interaction, improves accessibility, reduces dependence on physical input devices, and provides accurate real-time gesture recognition suitable for healthcare, industrial automation, gaming, automotive, and human-machine interaction applications.
