Abstract: ABSTRACT “GRANULAR COMPOSITE FOR WEARABLE WEIGHTED PRODUCTS AND A METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THEREOF” The invention discloses a h-eawveiyght, flexible granular composite and a method for its manufacture. The composite comprises a primary high-density sand component (Zircon sand), a secondary high-density granular component (steel pellets or microspheres), a moisture-curing polyurethane binder, and a silane coupling agent. The components are combined in specific proportions—preferably 55% Zircon sand, 30% steel pellets, 14% PU binder, and 1% silane agent—to achieve a bulk density above 4.0 g/cm³. The process involves precision silane treatment and controlled thin-film coating to ensure the particles remain distinct and flexible, making it an ideal non-toxic filler for wearable weighted products like wrist and ankle cuffs.
