It continuously analyzes candidate behavior in real time and generates automated reports for recruiters, reducing human bias and maintaining interview integrity. The proposed system improves the reliability of remote hiring, saves time for organizations, and provides a secure and efficient platform for conducting online interviews in educational institutions and corporate sectors.The framework integrates a bias detection and flag auditing layer that intercepts potentially discriminatory automated decisions before they impact outcomes, paired with an explainability engine that makes scoring transparent and contestable.
