Abstract: Abstract An Emotion Recognition Enabled Smart Nutritional Management Platform analyzes a user’s real-time emotional state to generate adaptive, personalized nutritional recommendations and dietary interventions. The platform combines computer vision facial micro-expression analysis, voice acoustic tracking, and wearable biometric sensor telemetry to non-invasively classify emotional states including stress, anxiety, fatigue, and depression. A centralized machine learning core maps these emotional profiles to biochemical, macro-, and micro-nutritional deficiencies using an emotion-food correlation engine. The system uses reinforcement learning architectures to predict and intercept compulsive emotional eating disorders and stress-induced cravings before they occur. The adaptive recommendations are delivered across a synchronized ecosystem of mobile interfaces, smart kitchen appliances, and hospitality endpoints, dynamically linking psychological wellness with metabolic physical healthcare.
