MUMBAI, India, Aug. 31 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202421098197 A) filed by Neera D Gor; Dharmendra S Gor; and Harsh D Gor on December 12, 2024, for “containerized Drinking Water System”.
Inventors include Neera D Gor; Dharmendra S; and Harsh D Gor.
The application for the patent was published on August 28, 2026, under issue no. 35/2026.
Abstract: “CONTAINERIZED DRINKING WATER SYSTEM” The invention relates to a modular, mobile containerized drinking water system that treats diverse feed water sources with Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) ranging from 200 to 35,000 ppm (seawater). The system features a novel architecture comprising an intelligent vision sensor (3), which utilizes AI to autonomously analyze water quality and transmit dynamic control signals to the dosing systems and the high-pressure pump (10), ensuring no-human-intervention (NHI) operation. The core purification train includes a pre-treatment stage with a zeolite chamber (11) for scale mitigation, followed by a high-efficiency zeo membrane (12) that rejects impurities larger than 30 Daltons. The system's feature is the Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) loop enabled by the rejected storage tank (18), where the concentrated stream is repurposed for tertiary uses (e.g., salt-tolerant cultivation or STP dilution), guaranteeing 100% water utilization and significantly reducing chemical and operational costs.
