Abstract: ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION: A computer-implemented system for generating biologically coherent organisms using multiple specialized generative agents. First, the system divides the specification of an organism into several interdependent biological subsystems, including skeletal, muscular, organ, and external structures. Second, the subsystems of an organism are given a visual representation by specialized agents that exchange structured biological constraints through specialized communication channels between them. Third, a validation engine detects structural, spatial, or physiological incompatibilities in the generated representation and propagates constraints to the related agents for selective regeneration. This process iterates until predefined compatibility criteria are satisfied. The resulting biological subsystems are assembled into spatially synchronized anatomical layers and rendered as a unified organism representation, enabling modification or visualization of individual biological systems while also preserving consistency across the organism.
