The application for the patent was published on June 26, 2026, under issue no. 26/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT A thermally regulated culinary garment comprises a professional chef coat body having an outer textile shell configured in a double-breasted layout, incorporating an interior matrix of discrete thermal capacitor retention pockets positioned corresponding to high-efficiency anatomical heat-exchange zones including the anterior substernal chest, the posterior thoracic spine, and the bilateral axillary regions. Modular, flexible thermal capacitor pads are removably housed within the retention pockets through concealed access openings hidden along native garment seams. Each pad comprises a hermetically sealed, food-safe polymer pouch filled with a phase change material calibrated with a melting point plateau between 59°F and 68°F (15°C and 20°C). This temperature profile prevents cutaneous vasoconstriction and continuously absorbs metabolic heat via an isothermal solid-to-liquid phase transition for two to four hours. The garment further features a moisture-wicking inner mesh lining and is structurally rated to withstand commercial laundering at 140°F (60°C), while maintaining an exterior appearance indistinguishable from traditional culinary attire.
