Abstract: An embodiment disclosed herein relates to a brake pedal apparatus and a vehicle including the same. A pedal unit 200 manipulated by a driver and a brake master cylinder 300 configured to generate brake hydraulic pressure are provided together in a single case 100. An operation direction of the pedal unit 200 and an installation direction of the brake master cylinder 300 are equal to each other in a front-rear direction, and the pedal unit 200 is configured as an organ-type pedal. This allows the brake pedal apparatus to be configured in a compact external size and effectively applied to a compact vehicle.
