Abstract: An embodiment disclosed herein relates to a brake pedal apparatus and a vehicle including the same. A pedal unit 200 manipulated by a driver and a brake master cylinder 300 configured to generate brake hydraulic pressure are provided together in a single case 100, and the brake master cylinder 300 is installed to be arranged in a left-right direction perpendicular to a manipulation direction of the pedal unit 200. The pedal unit 200 is configured as an organ-type pedal, enabling the brake pedal apparatus to have a compact external size and to be effectively applied to a compact vehicle.
