Abstract: The present invention discloses a Bluetooth and IoT-based wireless fireworks control system designed to replace conventional manual and semi-automatic stage firework systems. The invention addresses critical safety, accuracy, and affordability challenges in the pyrotechnic industry. The system comprises an ESP32 microcontroller, multi-channel relay-based ignition modules, a power supply, LED status indicators, and a smartphone mobile application. The operator connects wirelessly to the ESP32 via Bluetooth and remotely selects ignition channels and triggers pyrotechnic devices with precision timing. Safety features include an emergency stop function, real-time channel monitoring, fault detection, and normally-open relay logic to prevent accidental ignition. The system supports at least three independent channels (CH1, CH2, CH3) for synchronized stage effects. The total system cost is targeted at Rs. 3,000 to Rs. 4,000, making it a highly affordable alternative to commercial systems priced at Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 1,00,000. The compact and portable design ensures ease of deployment and use at events of any scale.
