Abstract: Abstract An Artificial Intelligence Based Customer Shopping Behavior Prediction and Personalized Recommendation System is disclosed, providing an integrated, low-latency platform for advanced retail analytics. The system comprises a continuous data collection module, a data preprocessing engine, a high-dimensional feature extraction module, a machine learning prediction engine, an ensemble recommendation generation module, a secure distributed database management system, and an enterprise visualization dashboard. The system ingests heterogeneous customer interaction data, including demographics, transaction history records, real-time clickstreams, and unstructured textual reviews, converting them into standardized behavioral vectors. Unsupervised and supervised machine learning models execute real-time customer micro-segmentation and trend forecasting, while a sentiment-aware hybrid recommendation engine outputs highly context-specific product streams. The visualization dashboard exposes these predictive analytics as actionable graphical reports, enabling automated business optimization and increased marketing efficiency.
