MUMBAI, India, Sept. 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641109908 A) filed by Chennai Institute Of Technology on September 11, 2026, for “anti-Vibration Mount Device And Method Thereof”.

Inventors include Mr. V. Murugan; Niranjana N; and Dr. V. Dhinakaran.

The application for the patent was published on September 18, 2026, under issue no. 38/2026.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an anti-vibration mount device. The device (100) includes a base support layer (104), a top load-bearing layer (102), and an internal lattice structure (106) disposed between the base support layer (104) and the top load-bearing layer (102). The internal lattice structure (106) features a triply periodic minimal surface (TPMS) gyroid geometry defining a functionally graded density gradient along a height of the mount device (100). The relative density of the internal lattice structure (106) decreases continuously from a higher relative density region (approximately 80%) adjacent to the base support layer (104) to a lower relative density region (approximately 30%) adjacent to the top load-bearing layer (102). The wall thickness transitions correspondingly from approximately 3 mm near the base support layer (104) to approximately 1.5 mm near the top load-bearing layer (102).
