The application for the patent was published on August 07, 2026, under issue no. 32/2026.
Abstract: An advanced, highly optimized intermodal ISO tank container engineered for efficient pneumatic discharge of cohesive dry bulk materials including cement, fly ash, alumina powder, and other powders or granulates. It features a rigid load-bearing 20-foot High Cube frame (2438×2896×6058 mm) housing an unpartitioned single- compartment pressure vessel with four fluidization hoppers connected to one continuous delivery line. The first embodiment offers 25-26m³ volume, a 2414mm circular tank, weighs 4350kg empty, and carries up to 31.6MT depending on material density. The second provides 27-28m³ volume with a distinctive geometry combining circular and semi-circular halves, a 40,000kg gross capacity, and 35.4MT payload. This geometry enhances pressure-driven discharge, ensuring residual material below 2%. A tamper-proof six-point swing-bolt manhole and highly porous membranes ensure secure sealing and optimal fluidization performance during transport and unloading operations across diverse industrial applications worldwide today and at scale.
