Inventors include Mohammed Noman Mohammed Hanif Kasmani; Gaud; Parth Kamlesh; Shukla; Akash; Shah, Manan; Rajput; Nishant; and Patel; Dr. Nitesh.

The application for the patent was published on August 14, 2026, under issue no. 33/2026.

Abstract: The inventive system comprises a powder feeding module with a hopper (3) that gravity-feeds agricultural waste powder into a tapered screw conveyor (4) operating within a narrow clearance defined by a conveyor screw casing (5) and driven by a drive motor (1) via a transmission system (2) for controlled compression. Downstream, an extruder (6) applies further mechanical pressure to form briquettes and separates residual loose powder through inertial and gravitational means. A combustion module, including a combustion grill (12) and a refractory-lined burning chamber (14) supplied with air by a blower (9) through one or more injection ports, employs a flame stabilizer (13) with groove patterns and swirl generators to induce controlled turbulence. A safety module with a flame-out mechanism (15), integrating temperature and oxygen sensors, automatically interrupts fuel supply when threshold conditions are reached.
