Abstract: ABSTRACT “AN IMPROVED SIZE BOX OF SIZING MACHINE AND METHOD THEREOF” The present invention relates to the field of textile machinery, more specifically, an improved size box in a sizing machine for the textile industry and a method thereof. The size box utilizes "Triple Dip-Triple Nip" execution methodology to achieve an occupancy of 85-90%. It comprises a series of strategically arranged rollers (1B-5B, 8B-11B), and a size spray unit (6B) forming a sizing pool (7B) for top-side impregnation, followed by two submerged immersion stages within a main liquor tank (12B). The system incorporates three squeezing stages with calibrated nip forces to ensure optimal size pick-up and penetration. A continuous circulation loop with direct and indirect steam heating maintains liquor fluidity and uniform temperature. This configuration increases the total immersion length to 561 mm, enhancing yarn strength and productivity while minimizing infrastructure costs and sizing liquor waste. (Figure 3)
