MUMBAI, India, July 7 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202521000007 A) filed by Dinfinity Educeng LLP on January 01, 2025, for “ai-Based Leakage Detection System For Packaging Of Juice Bottles”.
Inventor includes Dodia, Darshan.
The application for the patent was published on July 03, 2026, under issue no. 27/2026.
Abstract: The invention relates to an Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based system for detecting and managing leakages in juice bottle packaging. The system integrates a network of IoT sensors, including pressure, acoustic, humidity, and temperature sensors, to monitor real-time data during the packaging process. An AI module, utilizing convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and recurrent neural networks (RNNs), analyzes the sensor data to detect anomalies indicative of leakage and provides predictive analytics for future risks. Data is transmitted to a centralized monitoring system via wireless communication protocols such as Wi-Fi or Zigbee. The system features a user-friendly dashboard for real-time visualization, alert generation, and detailed performance reports. Upon detecting a defective bottle, an automated intervention mechanism, such as robotic arms or conveyor belts, removes the bottle from the production line to ensure uninterrupted operation. The system is scalable, adaptable to different bottle materials, and equipped with edge computing for low-latency processing. This innovative solution improves packaging efficiency, reduces waste, and enhances product quality through accurate and automated leakage detection..
