Abstract: Abstract An adaptive multi-parameter thermal load estimation and energy optimization system and method for sustainable green buildings incorporates an environmental and spatial sensor module, a data processing unit, a thermal analysis engine, an adaptive machine learning-assisted computational algorithm, and an intelligent HVAC control interface. The system establishes a real-time data fusion framework that continuously harvests ambient temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide concentrations, solar radiation intensities, and occupancy variations across localized structural zones. These data streams are cleaned and processed alongside predefined green building structural parameters to precisely model real-time conductive, radiative, convective, and ventilation-driven thermal gains. A predictive machine learning module evaluates this dynamic thermal profile against historical building datasets to forecast immediate cooling trajectories. The optimization module generates load-matched control commands delivered to an HVAC infrastructure to modulate compressor frequencies and airflow rates. This layout improves indoor thermal comfort, maximizes renewable energy integration, and yields significant energy savings.
