Abstract: The present invention relates to a wearable child-safety monitoring and emergency-response device integrating voice recognition, motion sensing, location tracking and multi-channel communication. The device comprises a microphone, an inertial measurement unit, a GPS module, a device-removal sensor, a processing unit and communication interfaces. The processing unit monitors the child’s location relative to a predefined safe zone or travel path and maintains audio processing in a low- power state until a route deviation or anomaly is detected. Upon activation, captured audio is processed to identify distress words, screaming, crying or panic tones, while motion data is analysed to detect falls, impacts, abnormal movement or prolonged inactivity. The sensed inputs are fused to determine a risk condition. On detection of an emergency or tamper event, the device automatically transmits an SOS alert containing real-time location information through cellular and Internet-of- Things communication channels, without requiring manual intervention by the child.
