Abstract: The present invention relates to a computer-implemented system and method for deterministic extraction and quantification of nuclear morphometric features from stained cytological cell images. The invention provides a structured image-processing pipeline that transforms brightfield microscopic images of stained cell nuclei into reproducible numerical morphometric profiles. The system comprises an imaging input module, a preprocessing module configured for grayscale conversion and pixel intensity normalization, a nuclear boundary definition module for identifying regions of interest, and a morphometric feature extraction module for computing parameters including nuclear area, perimeter, circularity, mean gray value, integrated density, and solidity. The extracted parameters are aggregated to generate a multidimensional morphometric representation suitable for comparative analysis across multiple datasets. The invention reduces variability arising from staining and imaging conditions and minimizes user-dependent inconsistencies. The system enables standardized and scalable processing of cytological images without generating diagnostic or therapeutic outputs, thereby providing a consistent technical framework for quantitative nuclear morphology analysis.
