Abstract: The present invention relates to a quantum-assisted cyber-physical apparatus and corresponding method for real-time precision drug dosage optimization in multi-drug polypharmacy treatment, comprising biosensor-driven acquisition of patient-specific drug concentration, physiological, and genomic data; a pharmacokinetic modeling engine configured to estimate individualized drug parameters and drug–drug interaction profiles; a quantum processing core that encodes the dosage optimization problem into a QUBO/Ising formulation and computes optimized multi-drug dosage vectors; and a classical co-processor that coordinates optimization encoding, quantum execution scheduling, and solution decoding. The system further includes a hardware-level dosage enforcement layer for safety-constrained validation and controlled drug delivery activation, and a clinical output interface for presenting dosage recommendations, pharmacokinetic trajectories, and alerts. The associated method includes acquiring multi-modal patient data, estimating pharmacokinetic and CYP450-based interaction parameters, encoding and executing the optimization problem on a quantum processor through repeated annealing cycles, decoding candidate dosage solutions, and performing real-time hardware safety validation prior to enabling drug administration, thereby enabling closed-loop, patient-specific, and safety-verified polypharmacy dosage optimization.
