Abstract: The present invention relates to a market structure engine for per-security structural state classification and market-level analytical aggregation. The invention comprises a layered computational framework configured to receive historical end-of-day price data and a defined securities universe, and to process each security independently through multiple analytical modules comprising machine learning forward price projection, fair value gap imbalance detection, RSI-based momentum assessment, Wolfe Wave pattern recognition, and support and resistance computation. Outputs generated by the analytical modules are evaluated by a Per-Security State Machine configured to compare current price against a hierarchy of analytical levels and assign Active or Dormant states thereto. A Zone Classification Engine classifies each security into one of three mutually exclusive structural states comprising an Upper Discovery Phase, an Active Structure Zone, or a Lower Discovery Phase. A Universal Override Module enforces risk-management discipline during discovery-phase conditions by suppressing analytically invalid continuation projections while preserving dormant reversal targets for reactivation upon structural reversal. Per-security structural classifications are further aggregated to generate market-level outputs including a Cumulative Market Strength Index, sector rotation rankings, breakout watchlists, and invalidation alerts. The invention thereby provides a unified and modular framework for structural market analysis based on bottom-up per- security state evaluation rather than conventional index-only methodologies.
