The application for the patent was published on September 18, 2026, under issue no. 38/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a3D-printed orthopedic half-arch insole. The insole (200) includes an integrally formed body extending across a heel region and an arch region, a deep heel cup (102) configured to receive and stabilize a heel, and an arch-supporting portion (104) including a medial longitudinal arch region (110) and/or a peroneal arch region (108). A topology-optimized gyroid lattice structure (106) is integrated within at least a portion of the arch-supporting portion (104), the gyroid lattice structure (106) defining interconnected porous regions and airflow passages for facilitating ventilation, moisture management, cushioning and shock absorption while maintaining flexibility. The insole (100) may include flexible thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) and may be fabricated by fused filament fabrication (FFF), whereby the gyroid lattice structure (106) and a textured outer surface are integrally formed during additive manufacturing.
