MUMBAI, India, Sept. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517080807 A) filed by Fujifilm Corporation, Tokyo, on Aug. 26, for 'data acquisition device, image acquisition device, data structure, data acquisition method, image acquisition method, program, and recording medium.'
Inventor(s) include Kobayashi Masaru; Yamaji Kei; Nishio Yuya; and Kobayashi Toshiki.
The application for the patent was published on Sept. 12, under issue no. 37/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Provided are a data acquisition device, an image acquisition device, a data structure, a data acquisition method, an image acquisition method, a program, and a recording medium with which it is possible to acquire an image close to that in real space through imaging in a virtual space. A data acquisition device according to one embodiment of the present invention is equipped with a processor which acquires real photographic subject data corresponding to virtual object data for displaying a virtual object in a virtual space, on the basis of the virtual object data and a display condition for displaying a virtual space related to the virtual object."
